2. Nature of the Service
The "What kind of international youth work adventurer are you?" quiz is an entertaining test that runs entirely in the user's browser (client-side). User answers are not sent to a server or stored in a database.
3. Processing of Personal Data
The service does not collect or store identifiable personal data about users. Answers and results provided by the user remain only in the user's own browser for the duration of the session and are deleted when the browser is closed or the session ends.
4. Analytics
The site uses cookie-free visitor tracking to compile statistics on service usage. Analytics are implemented with Counter.dev, which acts as a data processor on behalf of the controller.
Analytics collects limited technical data, such as:
- number of page views
- basic browser and device information
- referring page (referrer)
- rough location data (country, derived from IP address)
Data is processed only in aggregated form, and individual users are not identified or tracked. The legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest (analysis and development of service usage).
5. Data Retention Period
Quiz answers are not stored. Analytics data is retained for a limited time defined by the service provider, after which it is automatically deleted.
6. Disclosure of Data
Data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. The analytics service acts as a personal data processor on behalf of the controller.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject has the right to:
- receive information about the processing of personal data
- request access to data
- request rectification or erasure of data
- object to processing
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
In Finland, the supervisory authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
